flowlabs has a PSD to XAML converter.
Psd2Xaml (with a splash of swf)
Simple, free, open-source tool for converting Photoshop .PSD files to XAML. Also supports limited SWF conversion to XAML.
This project is a by-product of the development of PaintLab, a node-based paint application.
Read more about the underlying PSD parser in this article: http://www.codeproject.com/cs/media/PSDParser.aspUsage
Drag’n’drop PSD or SWF files to the application, and it will create XAML files in the same directory but with the extension xaml instead of psd. The individual layers’ bitmaps are saved in a subdirectory with the same name as the output .xaml file plus “_Bitmaps”.
Example: “Test.psd” is converted to”Test.xaml” and a new folder with the name “Test.xaml_Bitmaps” will be created, containing the bitmaps.

Hello.
Tnk you for the program.
I tried you psd2xaml with no success.
It gives me:
Reading file: ecras_APROVADO.psd
Error!
Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.
Inner: The output char buffer is too small to contain the decoded characters, encoding ‘Unicode (UTF-8)’ fallback ‘System.Text.DecoderReplacementFallback’.

Unfortunately the PSD parser is not complete that it is based on. It is probably a specific situation. Try creating a new pSD with hardly anything in it, see if you still have the problem. If not you might need to find what is causing the problem. Without having the file it is hard to tell.

I am also having this problem Telmo reports. I checked the most likely possibility of error and found it head on. Its something about the fonts being used. I rasterized all text layers and got the following message instead:
Reading file: BG_VERast.psd
Error!
A generic error occurred in GDI+.
